Ms. Sati began teaching at MDE School in 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s in English with a minor in psychology. Before joining MDE School, she taught both regular and special education at East Side High School and The Gramon Family of Schools.
Ms. Sati’s mother inspired her love of children and her desire to teach. She was drawn to special education because she wanted to help neuro-divergent children successfully navigate the myriad of issues they face every day. “I want to support and validate my students while creating the necessary structure needed to have a transformative impact on their lives,” she said.
She continued, “My objective is to create an environment that advances student’s growth both academically and socially. I also want to encourage their individuality, independence, and confidence.”
Ms. Sati enjoys brunch, traveling, watching movies, and spending quality time with family in friends in her free time.
