Project Chance is a program dedicated to autism service dogs and are located in Florida. The cost runs around $25,000 but they have programs to help you fund the dog.

Canine Assistants is located here in Georgia. They not only offer services dogs but ones trained for seizures and diabetes. They are free of charge but the waiting list is very long.

4 Paws for Ability is actually located in Ohio.  The cost runs around $17,000 for a dog in their program. They do have a waiting list as well.
