Ms. Niecha joined the teaching staff at MDE School in 2022. Before that, she worked as a behavioral specialist for Marietta City Schools and served as a Pre-K teacher for several years. Ms. Niecha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is also a Registered Behavior Technician.
Ms. Niecha commented, “There is nothing better than helping students reach their full potential. I always feel great knowing my students learned something new because I was able to teach them in a way that made sense to them. In addition, it’s rewarding knowing I am part of creating successful independent students each year.
“I want to inspire my students to love math and science as much as I do. I also want to help them build meaningful relationships and become the positive, independent, and goal-oriented young adults they are capable of being,” she said.
Ms. Niecha enjoys spending time with her spunky, silly, sassy daughter, who loves to dance, sing and cook. In addition, Ms. Niecha is very involved with her church and volunteers with middle school and college-aged girls. She also loves wowing friends and family with vegetarian recipes. For example, some of her guests thought tofu was chicken in a recipe she recently made.
