
Ms. Tracolya joined the teaching team at MDE School in 2025 as a preschool teacher. Before working at MDE School, she taught early childhood through pre-K for the Department of Defense school at Fort Jackson in South Carolina and at an early learning center in Atlanta. She holds an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development and a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education.
“My interest in special education was strongly influenced by my mother, who emphasized the importance of including all children in the educational process. She was a proponent of the benefits of inclusive education for neurotypical and neurodiverse students. I aim to support the growth of my students, and hope parents can see the progress of their child throughout the year as we progress through our lesson plans,” she said.
Ms. Tracolya is quite active in her free time. She enjoys walking, hiking, and fishing. She loves interior design, decorating, and has staged homes for realty companies. She also likes bowling, drawing, and painting.
