
Ms. Liana joined the MDE School teaching staff in 2026 as a Life Skills teacher. She previously worked in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in ABA and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the same field while working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
“Working directly with children with special needs over the past six years has shown me how meaningful skill development is for their independence and quality of life. I value helping students build communication and life skills that support success beyond the classroom,” she said.
As a Life Skills teacher, she aims to strengthen her students’ mastery of daily living skills and improve their social communication so they can apply these skills in real-world settings.
In her free time, Ms. Liana enjoys spending time with friends, watching TV, walking, working on home projects, and traveling.
