My background: I’ve worked as an Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for 2 years before joining MDE as a paraprofessional, and before that had the opportunity to work with special needs adults in a work space, such as a coffee shop!
Hope to gain: I hope to learn how to navigate the educational side of working with these amazing kids to further help my future to getting my bachelors in special education to work as a teacher one day!
Hope to bring: What I hope to bring to the students and staff at MDE is positivity, support and the ability to be able to bring laughter at all times, and that each student feels supported and each staff member has a shoulder to lean on, because we are a team!!
