Ms. Crystal joined MDE Vocational Academy in 2024 as a dedicated educator. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA with a focus on Organizational Behavior Management. She also has experience working as a Registered Behavioral Technician. Before joining MDE, she gained valuable experience working in the Paulding County School District.
When asked about her passion for working with neurodivergent students, Ms. Crystal shared, “I have always loved working with children and helping them succeed in life. Teaching was my first passion, and ABA has provided me with the tools to help neurodivergent children reach their goals.” Her primary mission at MDE Vocational Academy is to equip students with the job and life skills needed to foster independence and confidence in their daily lives.
Outside of work, Ms. Crystal enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending time at the beach.
