
James Steadman III is a graduate of Morehouse College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Sports Science. As a two-sport student-athlete in football and baseball, he developed the leadership, perseverance, and teamwork that continue to guide his work in education. With more than 8 years of teaching experience in public schools, Mr. Steadman is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment where every student is encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. He has also coached basketball, football, and baseball, further strengthening his commitment to student development and teamwork. Outside of school, he and his wife, Valerie, are proud parents of two daughters, Viviana, age 5, and Christina, age 1. He is committed to helping students build confidence, reach their individual goals, and realize their full potential.
