Donna Racher was the first teacher MDE School hired when the doors opened in 2009. She has been in the classroom helping our students reach their full potential ever since then.
In 2022 Donna shifted gears and became MDE School’s Operations Manager. She enjoys her new role and ability to interact with all of the students and parents at MDE.
Donna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Elementary Education and Child Psychology. She also has a certification from the Infant/Toddler Development program at Temple University and an Integrated Listening System (ILS) certificate.
Donna said, “MDE is a unique school that sees each child as an individual. I’ve enjoyed working in an environment that enhances a student’s academic, social, and life skills.
She continued, “The last 13 years have been a journey. I have loved each of my roles at MDE and working with so many different children over the years.”
Donna enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking in her free time.
